About The Project

MBM was selected to be the Construction Manager for the new 19,000 SF Women’s Center at West Penn Hospital. This project started years ago, relocating medical practices to create a large Women’s Health Center in one central area with four practices including Seasons OB/GYN, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Residency Clinic, and Urogynecology. These practices share a common area of work but have their own unique rooms such as exam rooms, procedure rooms, and new administrative and doctor’s offices to support their patients’ specific needs. MBM transformed the original Mellon ground floor footprint into one large area for women’s health to grow.
