Two Gateway Center Amenity Improvements

About The Project

The project consisted of both interior and exterior improvements to the occupied twenty story, Two Gateway Center building. Interior renovations included improvements to the first floor and lower level for new tenant amenity spaces. First floor renovations comprised of a new tenant lounge, two conference rooms, new men’s and women’s restrooms, and a large multi-purpose room. Lower level renovations included a new fitness center with locker rooms and showers, and new larger men’s and women’s restrooms. Exterior renovations to Two Gateway Center included minor modifications to the existing storefront glass for an egress door in both the Tenant Lounge and Multi-Purpose Room. Carpet was also added in the lobbies of One, Two, and Three Gateway Center.
