Asbury Heights Apartments and Hospice Offices

About The Project

MBM worked with CPL to complete construction of the UPMC Asbury Heights Independent Living Apartments and Hospice Offices. The 16,000 SF project included 3 2-bedroom apartments and 1 1-bedroom apartment. The apartments all have a full kitchen, living room, private bathrooms, multiple storage closets along with an elevated outside patio overlooking part of the campus. A new Air Handling Unit, Condensing Unit and Control System were installed in the mechanical room. New underground sanitary lines were also installed to assist with aging pipes. The offices constructed for the Hospice staff included several multi-purpose rooms, private offices, and a conference room. Stain glass windows were extracted from their previous location and reinstalled in their new suite. Landscaping was installed at both the entry and patios to accent the space, with new canopies and privacy fence to accent the areas.
