About The Project

As the General Contractor, MBM completed the demolition of existing offices and the build-out of 7,400 SF of medical office space. The group moved from a smaller medical office on Cedar Blvd. to this large medical office on the 4th floor of 2000 Oxford Dr. The medical office has 13 exam rooms, public restrooms, sick and well waiting areas, physician offices, administrative offices, labs, a staff lounge and more. The project was completed on-time and within the 90-day timeline.
