About The Project

MBM worked closely with the staff at Robert C. McCarthy Bonding Agency to design and build-out a new 900 SF office space on the 3rd floor of Oxford Centre in Downtown Pittsburgh. MBM provided design-build services, designing a floor plan and specifying finishes, as well as self-performing the carpentry work. The new design included a reception area, one private office, an open work area, and file room. The existing curtain wall system and skylights highlight the newly installed hardwood flooring and custom casework.
