About The Project

MBM was selected to be the Construction Manager for the new 1st Floor EP Lab at Jefferson Hospital. The new EP Lab, which was previously office space, was converted into an imaging room, control room, waiting room and corridor. Phase 1 of this project included the waiting room, corridor, and imaging offices. Phase 2 was the actual EP Lab including the semi-restricted corridor and the system component room. Phase 1 began October 2021 and Phase 2 completion was in July 2022. The biggest challenges occurred during coordination of the major shutdowns for medical gas and plumbing which spanned over 8-10 weekends and affected the entire hospital.
