About The Project

With a very aggressive schedule and a tight site, MBM had a challenging project on their hands. As the Construction Manager, MBM completed the renovation of 10,300 SF of space at the Labor and Delivery Unit on the 4th Floor at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, PA. The renovations occurred over two phases and required double shifts and weekend work. Demolition began while construction documents were in design and the job was completed within the eight week schedule. The newly renovated space includes eight postpartum rooms with private restrooms, a family waiting area, two on-call rooms, and staff lounge.
