Children's North Exterior Upgrades

MBM was selected as the General Contractor to add a brand new 4,000 SF canopy to the exterior of the Children’s Hospital North location in Sewickley. The new 2-story canopy has multi-colored lighting within the vestibule along with new glass panels on the 2nd story. We also added 25 new parking spaces including new ADA parking spaces at the front and back entrance. The 10,000 SF parking lot was sealed and new lines were painted for the parking spaces. New wheel stops and new versa lock walls were installed. Additional landscaping was added in the front and back of the building. New glazing and storefront windows were added throughout the entire building which totaled over 320 windows and 80 frames. On the interior the scope was significantly smaller but approximately 300 SF of walls were patched and painted.
