Bethel Park Imaging Center

MBM Contracting was selected as the Construction Manager for this highly anticipated project through a partnership with AHN and LGA Partners.  Planning for this project started in March of 2022 as MBM worked diligently to help develop pricing and complete a very rigorous plan review process with the local township.  A major addition was added to the original building that was also constructed by MBM in 2010.  The addition now holds new public and private restrooms, a larger waiting and check-in area, management offices, consultation and reading rooms.  The pavilions services now include three ultrasound rooms, two mammography rooms, a stress lab, a bone density room, among additional patient changing and private restrooms.  Original to the building was an X-Ray room, CT room, and MRI room that were all upgraded to include new equipment and layouts for patient convenience all while maintaining those original services.  Corridor finishes were upgraded in all of the spaces as were finishes to the existing restrooms, staff lounge, and control rooms.  Mechanical and electrical upgrades include a new rooftop air handler, MRI chiller, oxygen compressor, sound and music system, door automation, and security upgrades.  The exterior of the building was neatly landscaped to match the existing campus features and the original glass canopy remains intact to accent the new courtyard as you enter the building.
